A split yarn a couple of rows back, a missed yarn over or k2tog in your lace knitting: Everything can be fixed, most of the time without the need to rip back! We will tackle various kinds of mishaps in knitting and even do a big “operation” on our sample piece where we drop a number of stitches several rows down and knit them back up again. We will also discuss how to use and implement lifelines and in which cases ripping back is the best option—and how it’s done without doing further damage.

DK- or sport-weight yarn in a light, solid color, matching knitting needles, extra needle or dpn, crochet hook.
