Class Details:
Knitting in the round is useful for a vast number of project types: socks, shawls, sweaters, cowls. You can make tubes, toes, or flat items, tiny and big ones—and, depending on what you would like to achieve, there are various methods: Magic Loop, knitting in the round on two needles, or dpns. We will practice each method and discuss which is suitable for what kind of project. We will also tackle casting on for tubes, circles and sock toes.
Technique Requirements: This is a class for enthusiastic beginners. You should be able to to knit and purl stitches and a long-tail cast on

DK- or sport-weight yarn in a light, solid color, two matching circular needles, dpns, and a crochet hook.
