This lecture will educate participants about common upper body injuries that can occur to knitters and crocheters and what we can do to prevent these injuries from occurring. Class will include a review of proper ergonomics as well as stretching, strengthening, and self-massage techniques. Stretching and exercises will be performed in seated postures but can be done standing as well.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a small ball of yarn that you do not cherish, and your favorite body lotion to use for self-massage.
