Class Details:

This class is in a one-hour lecture format. There will be time for Q&A at the end but no hands-on attention.

Double knitting fanatic Lucy Neatby shows how she became hooked on double knitting and it might just win you over, too. She’ll show you various ways to do double knitting (connected, unconnected, round, flat, single yarn pockets, slipping or working both layers, negative positive designs, differing sides—you didn’t even know there were so many ways), and she’ll show you the interesting things that cannot be achieved in single knit fabrics, such as working differing numbers of rows on each side, stuffing between the layers, using different yarn weights, and much more.
