In this free 2-hour class, Kerry will show you all the basics, including how to hold your crochet hook and yarn, create a chain, make double crochet stitches (the basic stitch used in granny squares), change colors, and weave in ends.

You will need: G/6 (4mm) crochet hook, 2 shades of DK yarn, scissors and a large blunt sewing needle
Choose a metal crochet hook and a light shade of smooth yarn such as Rowan Alpaca Soft DK or Rowan Handknit Cotton
