Class Details:
Learn the basics of 2-color brioche in the round by beginning a lovely, reversible cowl. You’ll learn the basic brioche technique and how to avoid the confusion at the end of the round. This class gives you a foundation to many more advanced brioche projects!
Technique Requirements: knit/purl; cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; working in the round
Homework:
Using a relaxed cast on, CO 112 sts. Place marker. Knit 3 rounds, slipping the marker when you come to it. Bring this to class.
Supplies to Bring:
2 colors of fingering (sock wt) yarn—at least 50g (about 200 yds) each. For best results, use colors with a high contrast—your choice. US 4 circular needle, either 16 inches or 24 inches.
