Class Details:
Short rows aren’t just for turning heels! They can be used to create 3D fabric that resembles a landscape or an egg crate. The texture can be used plain, or felted for a unique effect. Using colorwork with these textures adds another layer of drama. In this class, we will learn how to use short rows to create extreme textures and then explore the ways that these surfaces can be used in our knitting projects. Technique Requirements: Knit/purl; cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; short rows
