Class Details:
In addition to lace knitting, there are lots of exciting possibilities for open spaces. All the rage in ready to wear and easy to do on a knitting machine open spaces have gone to the extreme! Students will earn to huge round eyelets, traveling and twisted ladders and to use slits in ways they may not have considered before. Think big, bold and stable. This is definitely not your grandmother’s lace!

Supplies for Class:
Students should bring several balls of DK weight yarn wound in balls that pull smoothly from the center. Avoid in-elastic yarns like cotton or linen and slippery yarns like rayon. Wool and wool blends will be the easiest to work with.
