Class Details:
Granny squares have been around for ages, but lately they’ve been evolving into a range of shapes and new techniques. This is a class for those who love granny squares and want to expand their possibilities. We’ll review the basic granny (and its variations), then learn how to make granny triangles and offset grannies (with the “center” at a corner) and how to work the “granny stitch” in rows instead of rounds. You’ll learn how to make neat color changes, and four different ways to connect granny squares, some involving sewing and some done as you go. It’s the complete course on grannies you’ve always wanted! Technique Requirements: Beginner crochet; able to follow written crochet instructions and diagrams
