Hannah Thiessen is a lifelong crafter with a varied education in painting, art history, philosophy, and fashion sesign. She has worked full-time in the yarn industry in various creative capacities since 2010, for esteemed companies like Malabrigo Yarns, Knitcrate, Bare Naked Wools, Quartermoon Fiber Company, By Hand Serial, Salt River Mills, and more. She has brought her visual curation expertise to a variety of projects, including the recent Malabrigo Heritage collection and her own book, Slow Knitting, which explores the topics of minimalism, ethical sourcing, and her own unique knitting philosophy.
