Legin is the founder and designer of Legin Knits. His journey with crochet began through the mentorship of a Rastaman in Trinidad. After quickly utilizing the skills to design and create hats for himself, Legin started teaching friends and youths in the community how to crochet. When encountering individuals he taught, they would express their gratitude toward him. They strongly believe that learning the art of crochet gave them values that apply in their lives today.
