Class Details:

The pinwheel scrap blanket is a different more travel friendly take on the popular mitred square scrappy blankets that many knitters enjoy creating. The modular nature of this pattern makes it very travel friendly and easy to pick up and work on in small chunks. The techniques needed for this pattern will be covered (German short rows, moving from one triangle to the next as you go & finishing a block).

Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off, increase/decrease, have knit a few accessories, short rows, understanding of German short rows is beneficial

Supplies for Class:

Pencil, eraser, paper/notebook, 4mm needles (DPN’s, Circulars or straights are all ok for this project0 and at least 2 scrap balls of DK or Worsted weight smooth yarn (min of approx. 20gm of each colour).
