Class Details:

Ready to bring color into your knitting with confidence? This class introduces two essential colorwork techniques, intarsia and Fair Isle (stranded knitting) and shows you how to work with multiple colors in a clean, controlled and stress-free way.

We’ll explore when to use each technique, how to manage your yarns and how to achieve beautiful, even results without tangling or tension issues. For knitters who have taken the Effortless Purling class, this is a perfect next step, building on the same ergonomic approach to create smooth, enjoyable colorwork.

In this class, you will learn:
- The difference between Intarsia and Fair Isle and when to use each
- How to manage multiple yarns without tangling
- How to read and follow colorwork charts
- Techniques for clean color changes and balanced tension
- Tips for avoiding gaps, puckering, and uneven stitches

Participants will work on small practice swatches to experience both techniques and gain confidence using color in their own projects.

Suitable for adventurous beginners and intermediate knitters. No prior colorwork experience required.
