Class Details:

Nothing strikes terror into the hearts of knitters quite like a hole. Whether it’s moths or catching your beloved sweater on a nail, fear not; help is here. We've all seen those neat little Instagram videos making it look easy, but what are our fundamental considerations when it comes to fixes? We will explore when to make vertical repairs vs horizontal repairs. When to use a crochet hook, when to use our knitting needles, and when to use a darning needle. After mastering a hole in stockinette, we will even explore how to fix holes in stranded knitting, cables, and lace!

Skill Prerequisite: Must know how to knit, purl, cast on, and bind off. Recognize the knit and purl stitches and be able to work them in a pattern without supervision. Knowledge of duplicate stitch required.
