Class Details:

Whether you already love slip-stitch knitting or are just discovering it, this class will change the way you look at this versatile technique. You also be among the first people to see recently created stitch patterns from Faina’s new book. See how slip stitches can interact with lace, cables, texture, color, and openwork to create fabrics that look far more complex than they are to knit.

In class, we’ll work through some swatches and admire many examples on display. Discover the hidden power of slip stitches to create beautiful texture, colorwork, dimension, and unexpected fabric effects—with surprisingly little change to the stitch pattern. You’ll leave inspired and ready to see slip-stitch knitting in a whole new way.
