Class Details:
This is a two-part class. Both sections of the class will automatically be placed in your cart when you select one of the sessions.The Lana Blouse is a side-to-side project to teach you how to use short rows wisely for constructing a shoulder with some shaping. In this class we will learn German short rows, how to create voluminous stripes and an elastic bind off, and cast on. In this class we will make a miniature construction for an actual Lana Blouse.
Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off
Homework:
Cast on 50 stitches and knit 2 rows.
Supplies to Bring:
Around 100m/109yd of DK-weight yarn in 2 colors (70m/76yd of Main Color; 30mm/33ys of contrast color), size 5mm/8 US pair of knitting needles; 4 markers.
