This is a two-part class. Both sections of the class will automatically be placed in your cart when you select one of the sessions.

This beginner-friendly knitting class covers everything needed to start working with lace confidently. Participants will learn how to read and interpret lace charts, practice essential stitches, and understand the structure behind lace patterns. The class includes practical tricks and tips for avoiding common mistakes, managing tension, and improving stitch clarity. Blocking techniques are also covered to fully reveal the fabric’s design. With clear guidance and hands-on practice, knitters will build a solid foundation for understanding and exploring lace independently.

Technique Requirements: knit/purl, cast on/bind off, increase/decrease

• DK yarn in a light color
• US 7 AND 8 needles
• Stitch markers
• Blocking pins and small blocking mat (optional; only if you can bring it!)
