As a creative company serving a vibrant and diverse community, we believe that innovation thrives when all voices are heard, valued, and empowered. We understand that structural barriers—whether rooted in race, gender identity, sexuality, ability, age, religion, or access—can limit opportunity and participation. This work is ongoing. We know that fostering a truly inclusive culture is not a one-time initiative, but a long-term responsibility. As we enter this next chapter, we’re moving from committee-based planning to a focused, project-driven approach. Guided by expert consultants with lived experience and deep knowledge in DEI, we will continue to build on the foundational work that began with the Diversity Advisory Committee.
Our goal remains clear: to create a welcoming and equitable space where all makers, creators, and contributors feel seen, supported, and inspired.
